Let's Talk About Crow Pose!

Ah crow pose. I remember the first time in a group yoga class when the instructor casually asked us to put our hands on the ground, then begin to lift our feet off the ground. I remember thinking, “What? Did I hear correctly?? I’m supposed to only be connected with the ground with just my two hands??” To my amazement, there were actually people in the room doing it. I did not think I would ever have this strength in me to hold my weight on my two tiny hands. So each time I would just do the practice without any expectations of “achieving” until one day… viola… my feet magically lifted off the floor. I remember the feeling of empowerment and excitement. This feeling I took with me into other areas of my life and so I decided to share some tips with you on different ways we can play with this pose. Enjoy!
